Rippler by Cidney Swanson is a typical YA paranormal romance, but with an interesting twist. No vampires or werewolves in this one. Three stars.
Bright Ruin is the third and last book in the Dark Gifts series by Vic James. Gilded Cage and Tarnished City are the first and second book, and if you haven’t read them, there might be spoilers in this review for events that happened in those two. My experiences with Bright Ruin didn’t start when
Infinity by Sherrilyn Kenyon is the first in the Chronicles of Nick series. This YA zombie story is part of the Dark Hunter universe in which her other books also take place. 3 stars for this enjoyable fast-paced story about not killing zombies, but saving them.
Sworn to Raise by Terah Edun is the fourth story in the Spark anthology. The writing didn’t catch my attention, but I enjoyed the story more than I expected. 3 stars for the first book in the Courtlight series.

Follow the teens as they find out more about the truth and how it affects them and their relationships with others. It received 3,5 stars.
